Hugo and his team did an amazing job and were very easy to work with. I had never redone hard wood floors before and they were patient, answering questions, explaining proper maintenance of the floors, and they even gave us helpful recommendations. All-in-all they were very professional. The only reason it’s not 5 stars is because some of the issues with our existing floors (I.e. dark spots, stains, and some floor dips) weren’t called out before they began work. It would’ve been helpful to know about those issues beforehand, we may have chosen to replace the floors altogether, but not a huge issue, given the home will have rugs.

Hugo and his team were wonderful people who do incredible work. They really know the stuff; it’s clear that they treat flooring like craftspeople, not just “installers”. Even my famously picky and difficult to please visiting family members were impressed (I would find them oohing-and-ahhing at little details like the shoe molding in the closets, lol). And I was impressed at how well they handled my absolutely insane sub flooring situation - you’d never be able to guess that there is a six inch slope (!!!) under there. I would highly recommend.

Triart did an amazing job with our floors. They did a full replace of our downstairs floors, and a refinish of our upstairs. We were thrilled with the results. Staff was very friendly too. Our salesman, Hugo, was very transparent, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend!

Hugo and his team were definitely the right choice to redo our red oak floors. We contacted them based on previous reviews and so glad we did. Hugo spent time discussing the process, met us on short notice to see the floor, and answered all our questions.
His team was professional, on time, and the floor looks great! The hardest part was deciding which color we wanted and Hugo and his team helped ease our minds there as well.
Highly recommend!

Hugo and his team could have been great at anything - luckily for Atlanta homeowners, they chose to get into the flooring business. I bought a 100 year old house and the work that Triart did made the biggest improvement in terms of cleaning the house up and bringing it into the 21st century.
